3) Teachers and Help Needed I personally appreciate the God's work through you. One of the challenges of my society (Nigeria) is for Christian kids' teachers. God has laid this area of gap in my heart. I have been a Kid's Teacher for about two decades and from my experience there is deficiency of committed passionate Christian Kids Teacher and the available ones has no material or training to keep them along. In fact churches and Christian centre hardly understand and give attention to children spiritual and moral needs. I have had a couple of Seminars in my Church for children Teachers which become an eye opener for them to evaluate who they are as a trainer/coach of children. Let me share this with you. I am looking and believing God for a training centre that will take teachers (certificate in children teaching) through eight modules, starting from introduction, understanding & psychology of children, classroom management, Relationship building, Handling Children at risk, Various children motivational tools, etc. We also intend to involve case studies for every module and four weeks practical and assessment. There will also be seminars to which invited educators (you fall into this category) will come in with focus on teachers, mothers, church leaders (who wants to know the world of children) and the public at reasonable fees. 6) Thank you from Romania Hello! May God bless your work with the children! I like this site! I use the ideas with my children at Sunday School. Often I translate the lesson for other teachers. They love the lesson and the ideas. We are from Romania, Resita, from Pentecostal Church "Cezareea". We have 250 children to Sunday School and we have 10 groups for them.
