God's Love Craft for Pre-schoolers
What you need: white drawing paper (see Draw-It Art Pad, below), dot markers, a heart-shaped cut out, and a red pen.
What you do: place heart shape on the center of the white drawing paper. (Hold the heart in place with one hand or use double-stick tape). Using the dot markers, color around the heart shape (dot, dot, dot). Once you're satisfied with your design, lift the heart off the page.
Using the red pen, teacher or parent writes a "Love" message or Bible verse at the center of the dotted heart.
Suggested Bible verses:
"Do everything in love." 1 Corinthians 16:14,
"Love one another." John 13:34,
"God is love." 1 John 4:16,
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart . . . " Mark 12:30.
