You will need: A clean, empty jar with the label removed; the Color's of Christ
poem; colored pencils; scissors; tape; glue; paper Easter grass; extra-mini Easter ornaments. (Your
donation helps to distribute this resource to churches across the
world.)
Directions: Print out the special Color's of Christ poem. Color and cut it out, then glue it onto an empty baby food jar. Fill with jelly beans. Decorate the lid with Easter grass, and glue miniature Easter ornaments
into the grass.
Tip: Have the kids color and cut out the poem and glue it to their jar. Then, as you read the poem, have the kids drop two to three of each of the matching colored jelly beans into their jar. Decorate the lids and enjoy the sweet treat!

Presentation idea
Cut colored poster board in the shape of jellybeans--make them extra large. On the back of the poster write the matching line from the poem. Have children stand side by
side with their poster turned down. When it's their turn, they hold up their
jellybean and recite their line. Afterwards, distribute small packets of jellybeans along with the printed poem.
